Chemical mixers

Chemical mixers are available in several different models and designs, in order to add accelerator to the grout mixture, add polyurethane in cement injection, and also to mix for 2-component products.

Product variants

Chemical mixer for adding accelerator to the grout material. The mixer is equipped with double-check valves on the accelerator connection.

Chemical mixers are available in both galvanized and stainless-steel versions.

Connections: 2 x G1” Inside (grout) and 1 x G ¼” Inside (for accelerator, inside ext. check-valve).

On request, the mixer can be supplied complete with male/female quick connectors at each end, or with a flexible hose connection, JIC/NPT connections, and safety wire or JIC couplings at each end.

GMA manufactures to order complete mixing units, i.e., mixer pipes with mixer inserts and mixer heads. The picture shows a mixer head with a 2-component connection + cleaning hose.

Even loose mixer pipes with mixer inserts can be made to fit other mixer heads.

PUR mixer for inflatable packer. Available for both 1/2” connections and 1” connections, in the picture a 1” model with a male connector for quick coupling mounted (loose or mounted on packer).

The PUR mixer is equipped with a check valve at the front to prevent grout from entering the mixing tube (in case it is not needed).
