Stand-Pipe

The pipe that first filled with 20-50cm cemented and then is drilled into the rock and fixed with resin. One pipe is needed per borehole where the Stand-Pipe system is planned to be used..

These pipes are delivered in the "black" version (not galvanized as in the picture).

Standard length: 2m; other lengths are available on request.

Pipe dimension: 76x3,2mm (for Ø64 drill bit). Drill hole rock:102mm (enlarged from 64mm drill hole), Drill depth= Pipe length - 200/300mm.

Resin consumption and choice: Check with the chemical supplier, but roughly 5-6 cartridges (38x500mm) are typically requirements per 2m of Stand-Pipe.

Connection to Stand-Pipe where Valve Plate or Water Diverter is inserted (if necessary).

This item is supplied complete with a valve plate, including a high-pressure ball-valve.

One connection is required per Stand-Pipe installed in the "wall." Each connection will be secured with chain/wire to the other connections and the rock before exploratory or injection drilling to be started.

The connection is reusable.

3" Victaulic coupling between Stand-Pipe and Stand-Pipe connection. One per Stand-Pipe inserted in the "wall" is used.

A water diverter for the Stand-Pipe should be mounted on the Stand-Pipe before drilling begins in cases where heavy water inflow is suspected from the start. The rubber feedthrough in the water diverter is designed so that the drill bit goes through, and then the rubber lies towards the drill string.

The water diverter is installed in the same connection where the valve plate is normally inserted. When drilling is completed, this diverter is removed, and the valve plate is fitted (knocked in) to the connection to stop the water flow.

Supply of this item is one, or a couple, per area where the Stand-Pipe is intended to be used. The diverter is reusable and the rubber is exchangeable.

Bringer to weld against drill string to mount Standpipe pipes in the "wall" with the help of Jumbo machine (place standpipe pipes in drill holes and rotate dito so that resin cartridges are mixed).

Consumption of this product is one/some per area where Stand-Pipe is intended to be used.
